Inspiration

Let's talk about inspiration! We can get inspired by all sorts of things, Artists, Designers, Illustrators, Books, Internet, Music, Food (amazingly beautiful food around nowadays), Nature, something found in the street, you name it....

I think it's really great to be inspired by someone that works in a totally different way! It broadens your horizons. Take Abigail Ahern, she is amazing; using textures, layers, colour in a very different way from how I do... it's a fabulous resource as it changes the way in which you work but not from copying what she does but in a way where she gives another perspective. Stunning isn't it, VERY different from your average home. It may not be your cup of tea but it's about what makes you happy, you have to want to walk through that door and smile. Confidence is key! Don't listen to what everyone else thinks listen to your gut! x x x
